This is a funny term, as the first half term was 4 weeks, and the second half term is seven weeks.

As usual, the tuition payment can be full term, or half term.

Now has the 18 posture Tai Chi Fan Form, and the Hap Ga 'No shadow kick' form, both solo and paired. More videos will be added soon.

Tai Chi In The Park THIS Saturday:

This Saturday at 9:30 AM, I am teaching a beginner friendly Tai Chi class- all welcome (Kung Fu or Tai Chi group, plus any friends or family who want to join in)

We will also do a demonstration of the '24 Posture Tai Chi' form for those who know the set, and want to join in the demo.

Victoria Square Community Garden,

Victoria Square, Penarth CF64 3EJ.

This is part of their 'open day' so come along and check out the square, there are guided tours and other events.
