Happy 2025!
I hope you enjoyed the Holiday break.
I don't know about you- but I am looking forward to getting back to 'fit and healthy' after a bit of excess the last couple of weeks!
Â
If you have booked your trial lesson for next week, then I look forward to seeing you in class and starting your Tai Chi or Kung Fu journey with you.
Â
Please note- I run a 'school' rather than
a 'gym', which means that we have a curriculum and a clear progression of teaching you the methods and developing skills to ensure you get the benefits of learning.
That means that I teach according to term times, and the classes are twice per week.
I know it's a bit more of a commitment than some would like- some tai chi or martial arts classes are 'drop in', or 'come when you want' etc. This sounds good in theory- but after 30 years of teaching full time, I know that it is not the
way to progress, and when you really see the benefits, you will understand.Â
With consistent practise, you will be doing things that you really would not have believed you are capable of!Â
2025 could be a significant year for you in your journey towards fitness, health, and self development. You know that nothing comes without effort, right ;)
Having said that:
The trial class is absolutely zero commitment- come and see, if you don't like it, I will refund your
£10 fee 100%, no problem- so you have nothing to lose and much to gain.
Â
If you have been thinking about starting- please don't wait because if you miss the first week, you are playing 'catch up'- better start at the beginning :)
