For beginners:
6 hours per day for 7 days is too much if your body is not used to practise-I want you to have a great experience-not just sore muscles😆)
My suggestion is: a long weekend. We can cover fundamentals of movement, breathing, tai chi/ kung fu, meditation, flexibility etc. I can make this very beginner friendly.
