I hope you have a nice half term break,

This is just a reminder not to come to class next week, as I will not be there ;)

I am taking a trip to visit San Francisco Chinatown, where there a number of old kung fu schools. I have a kung fu brother over there who is going to show me around. I will put some pictures/videos on the Facebook page for those of you that are interested.

After one week, the timetable returns to normal for the second half of term (Running up until Christmas)- please continue to come to the same class, don't switch groups mid term, as we are half way through the teaching curriculum. Drop me a message if you are uncertain.

If you paid for the whole term, you are good to go until xmas. If you paid for a half term, please pay the second half ( not urgent, I put a link below for you to do at your convenience before class.)

Please to to practise a couple of times over the break, even if only 20 minutes! This will consolidate what we did, and enable us to press on with new material.

There are a lot of resources to practise on the 'members page' of the website, including Print outs, videos and MP3 (audio files) for practise. Below is the link to the members page.
