Just a reminder that the 7 day Summer Intensive Training camp is running from Sunday 21st to Saturday 27th July.
If you book now to reserve your place, you will get the early bird price of £30 per day- that is for six hours per day training. You can really make a big improvement in your Tai Chi or Hap Ga if you dedicate some intensive time to it, then you will have plenty of information to
continue improving when you get home.
I have had a few questions about this course so I put this email together to answer them.
- Why early Start?
By starting early (best time for chi kung and exercise!) we could finish the day’s training earlier, and you can have the rest of the day with family, or for relaxing/sightseeing.
Kung Fu Group: 7-8am then: 11:30 to 4pm.
Tai Chi Group: 7-8am then: 9am to 1:30pm. - Will there be an online
option?
Unfortunately, not. Many of the people coming have been learning online, and would want the opportunity for ‘hands on’ correction, application, posture testing etc. I am concentrating on the stuff that you can’t learn so easily online. However, if there is a demand, I would run a different online seminar at another time, so drop me a message if you are interested in that.
Details of the training, how to book etc. are on this link:
