Hey everyone- I hope you are enjoying the Easter Holidays.
Just a quick reminder that classes start from Monday. Lots of cool new things to learn, so I look forward to seeing you in class.
This is a quick recap of the message I sent a couple of weeks ago for those that want a reminder

The
Kung Fu classes are continuing at the same times, no no change!
The Tai Chi Level 1 class will be open to new beginners, and anyone who wants to work on the fundamentals. (Hap Ga Chi Kung, 8 Posture form, stepping and basic exercises)
The Tai Chi Level 2 class: If you want to learn the 24 posture form (you must be able to do the 8 form by yourself first), or the sword form (you must have completed the 24 form to learn this)-
then please come to the Level 2 class. Please note: This will be a 'mixed' class, so you need to be able to solo practise. We will do a group warm up, then split up. I will make sure you get some stuff to work on each lesson. If you want a 'follow along' class, please come to the level 1 class.
The form we will be covering next term is shorter and simpler than the video below- I am just sharing because some of you had never seen Tai Chi Sword before, so it will give you an
idea.
