Last night I put up a new video.
I have been thinking about how so many people want to get the benefits of Kung Fu or Tai Chi, but don't really know how to practise, how to create a sustainable habit, and what constitutes effective training.
So, I decided to make 3 videos to help people. I wanted to make it very practical- not just like videos on social media of people training like Rocky, or
a Navy Seal or a Shaolin monk- with exciting music and 'motivational quotes'- get up at 5am- train like a maniac- that works....for about 5 minutes. Then by February, all of the good intentions are gone, right?
So how do we make a real, and permanent change that doesn't rely on 'discipline' or 'willpower'?
