Just a reminder that half term is next week.

Hope you can pop in tomorrow (Friday) between 5:30-7pm, or Saturday morning between 10:30am-12pm- for a chat/cup of tea/ do some practise.

There are no formal classes it is open for you to come in and I will be there to help.

I will be making some good Pu-Erh tea, so come and try!

Some people kindly offered to put up a poster either at work or in a local shop- that is really kind and would be a big help to me, as many people signed up for the beginner's course this term and did not show up! Those who came loved it- but 40 never showed, which was surprising. Here is the poster for anyone who wants to help me:

For those of you who paid tuition for the first half term, here is a link to pay the second half of term (This takes us from 6th November to 21st December).

As usual- this can be paid at your convenience over the holiday, no rush.

Please remember to select 'half term payment' on the form.

To those that were members but I haven't seen for a while- please pop in this Fri/Sat to say hello. It would be nice to see you, and we can get you back to class if you want to.

It has been a good half term- a lot of tai chi students completed the 24 posture form, which is a milestone :) And the new beginners are making good progress.

The kung fu students are getting better, also, and I will be teaching some more advanced material next half term. Remember to keep practising your stretches, stances and strength training over the break!
