Firstly: On the form I sent yesterday, the option for the lunchtime Level 2 class was missing. I have fixed it, and it is there now. My apologies!

I know it is a big ask, but the club needs to cover the running costs, which is currently not the case.

Together we can build a community of nice people interested in health, traditional culture, and self development.

I look forward to teaching all of you lovely people again in September- and hopefully a few new ones 😉
