If your resolution for 2023 was to get fit, learn some self defence, or just get moving and practise some gentle exercise- our classes are starting on Monday!
Some of you have already trained with me- welcome back! If you check the members Facebook group you can catch up on the news there and say hello!
Some of you have already booked your first class. I look forward to meeting you- don't worry, we are a friendly bunch :)
If you haven't booked yet- there are a few places left in some of the classes. Please book online to reserve your spot.
There is also an online academy starting Monday if you can't make the physical classes, message me for details of that.
To
clarify:
The Tai Chi classes are lunchtime or evenings.
They are suitable for all ages and you do not need to be fit- tai chi is beneficial for your health, wellbeing, balance, posture and just feels great to practise!
The Kung Fu Classes are for ages 13 and up. There is a 5:15 and a 7:30 class. If you are over 50
like me, drop me a message first to make sure you have no health issues- the classes are more physical and have some contact training. However- they are great fun, and you will learn some seriously cool skills ;)
As always with these group emails- if you send me a reply or any questions, I will reply personally.
In the meantime- please do not wait too long as the classes start next week and it's best to start at the beginning.
