The 6 week course has flown by, and unfortunately- it feels like winter now!
I hope you are feeling the
benefits of the classes.
Once you have learned the basics- there is so much cool stuff to learn- next year we can really enjoy our progress.
As you may have seen by my previous email- I have sorted out next year's term dates and the class times are staying the same.
You can access the timetable/dates at any time by going on the website and pressing 'timetable' at the top.
The links for the payment for spring term are done- you do not need to pay straight away, but at your convenience before the start of term you can visit here:

I am new to Penarth, and I love town and the people here-
good humour- great to teach, and it is gratifying to see everyone improve each week- I was missing that when teaching online!
I have a favour to ask:
As I am starting out and don't know many people here- there are three ways you could help me spread the word locally.
1. If you know anyone who could benefit from Tai Chi or Kung Fu lessons- please refer them to me. You could reply to this email with their contact detail (email or phone) and I will contact them directly-

There is no pressure- people can always book a trial class as a taster first, and all my emails have an 'unsubscribe' link- so don't worry about anyone being 'spammed' or 'sold to'- not my style ;)
2. If you could drop a quick review on Google or Facebook,
it would increase visibility and local people can see what we are about.
