This is a group email to everyone who enquired about Tai Chi and Kung Fu Classes in Penarth.

Some of you have almost completed your first course, and some haven't started yet.

I want to tell you that the next term is beginning January 9th.

New Year is a perfect time to start- make 2023 the year you get fit and healthy and learn something that will enrich your life.

All of the term dates and classes for 2023 are on the website- just press 'Timetable' in the menu.

If you haven't booked a trial yet- please do so on the website to reserve your spot. Places in each class are limited, and the venue is not large. Usually- everyone tries to book in the first week in January, and we get fully booked.

If you previously booked a trial, but have not attended yet- just reply to this email with what class you want to come to, and I will reserve your spot.

If you are already a member:, you get first refusal on the places for January. Reply to this email with what class times you want to reserve, and I will send you a link to sign up. The link is also in the Penarth Rising Crane members Facebook group, and on the wall in the gym.
